Payment is upfront via Paypal (for INTL clients) and Gcash, Palawan Express etc. (for locals; PH based clients) prior to the start of the artwork.

The commissioned work is for your personal use only. Reselling the artwork for commercial uses is prohibited unless stated otherwise.

No refunds once the artist has started the commission.

In case that the artist cancels the commission, for any reason, before even starting the artwork, the client will receive full refund.

(For INTL clients): The final price of the commission will cover Paypal's additional fees.

With your consent, the commissioned work may be posted on my social media accounts as a part of my sample works for my portfolio. If you would like to keep the artwork private, please do inform me about it.

Once the payment is received, the artist will provide initial thumbnail sketches of the commissioned work as part of the planning stage.

During the planning stage, the client can suggest and change anything to their liking.

Once the final plan has been set, the artist shall move on to complete the artwork based on the plan and creative liberty; any significant changes requested after the planning stage may incur additional fees.

Please do give me a week or 2 (depending on the complexity and slot) to complete your artwork.

Reference photos are very much appreciated and will help the artist very much; please do send them!
